Love , Peace and Harmony



I am so delighted to be offering this new trio of paintings for sale this month! 'Love Peace and Harmony' are a series of three paintings,linked as a trio via rope and eyelets-what a fabulous idea, I couldn't wait to get working on ideas when I saw this beautiful canvas style! each individual canvas measures approx 8" square and the ropes that combine the pieces can be adjusted via toggles on the back. I have displayed them without a little over an inch inbetween each work on the photos, but they can be closer or further apart if preferred.
This delightful set combines a mixture of media including pastels and collage, layered with gesso and acrylic paints. The finish is attractively textural and each piece has been given a double coat of clear gloss artist's varnish for a gorgeous finish. Work in Progress....

'Acceptance' is the working title for this piece....still in progress-I have been working on some other pieces also in the meantime, but did some work on this one out in the sunshine today and really got lost in the process...followed by a barbecue supper-just wonderful!
